THREE AMIGOS

.

The Three Amigos is a series of twenty Public Service Annoucements (PSA's) on HIV/AIDS prevention created by 80 volunteers. Featuring three animated condoms named Stretch, Shaft and Dick, the PSA's use comedy as a medium to get across the serious message of using condoms to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS. The project has the strong support of Nobel Laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu who has called the PSA's 'an outstanding contribution'. The PSA's have been termed 'ground-breaking' for their non-threatening approach using humour. The 20 PSA's have a total running time of 11' 20' and can be seen individually or taken together as a short animated film.
