In War, nothing is as it seems. One particualr starving and dehydrated Soldier has endured a very long campaign on the battlefield. He spots a Gentleman dressed in a smoking jacket with an ascot reading a newspaper sitting next to a tea table amidst ricocheting bullets and billowing clouds of smoke. The Soldier targets a delicious baked goodie on the tea table. The Soldier's mission : acquire that pastry. Only thing is when he does capture it he's in for an even bigger surprise. In even War, you are what you eat.

.Jay Bogdanowitsch - Director, Producer

Jay graduated from Ithaca College with a BA in Drama and a minor in scriptwriting. He then went on to work as Assistant to Ilya Salkind (producer of Superman I, II, and III, Santa Claus : The Movie, “Christopher Columbus: The Discovery, among others).
Following his tenure with Mr. Salkind, Jay produced the short film THE MEETING that premiered at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival and Slamdance Film Festival, as well as, Florida Film Festival, Austin Film Festival and Houston WorldFest among many others.

Recently, Jay produced “The Burkittsville 7”, and “Shadow of the Blair Witch” two original TV specials for Artisan Entertainment, which aired on Showtime and Sci-Fi Channel, separately. Jay most recently wrote, directed and produced an original short 35mm film entitled “Tea Time”. The film was photographed by Neal Fredericks (“The Blair Witch Project”). Jay directed the original play “The Gemini Project”, which is currently running at the Lillian Theater in Hollywood and was honored with LA Weekly’s “Theater Pick of the Week”. Jay is actively developing several TV series, along with the motion picture “King Henry Weeps” for CB Entertainment, and writing an original screenplay, which he is to direct.
