1ST PLACE: Dr. Jobs Scary Lab l Director: Fumitaka Anzai [Japan] Composer Fumitaka Anzai is known to the public for his outstanding works in animation soundtracks and for his vast knowledge of computer technology. His first breakthrough for him was writing soundtracks for mega hit animation, URUSE YATSURA in 1983. The album was released by Pony/Canyon and became the most successful soundtrack of the year.

2ND PLACE: Doggy Poo l [Korea] Director: Oh-Sung Kwon ~ Doggy Poo is a heartwarming fable with a profound message. The clay animation film was produced and based on a best-selling children's book for over 30 years in Korea.
