FILM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

 

ZoieFest SEXY Shorts competition is open to films and animations and Flash movies. A showcase for all winning works will be presented in March 20, 2004. Prizes. Awards. Certificates for Best Film, Best Flash Movie, Best Director, Best Actor/Actress, 1st through 3rd placements awarded. All works are eligible from 1998 to present. Flash movies, film and video, animations.

 

THE CATEGORIES

HOW TO SUBMIT

Fill out the FILM ENTRY FORM in its entirety. Submit a VHS tape, along with one black and white film still, one photo of the director, and a media packet including a synopsis of the film. (.gif photos via email preferred.)

DEADLINES AND FEES

Early Deadline: December 1st, 2003

Entry Fee: $35.00 [under 30 minutes] $45 Features.

All submissions must be received by February 28th, 2004

Late Entry Fee: $45.00 [under 30 minutes] $55.00 [Features].

ELIGIBILITY AND RULES

  1. Film shorts must be under 30 minutes. Features are over 30 minutes.
  2. Films, documentaries, animations and Flash movies are eligible from January 1998.
  3. Foreign films will be accepted with or without English subtitles.
  4. Submissions must be vhs NTSC, CD, or DVD. No PAL tapes.
  5. Student discounts $5.00
  6. Film Schools and University discounts, $25.00 per entry with five submissions.
  7. If you wish for return of your video, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
