HOW TO SUBMIT Fill out the FILM ENTRY FORM in its entirety. Submit a NTSC VHS tape, DVD or WMV file, or FLASH file along with one black and white film still, one photo of the director, and a media packet including a synopsis of the film. (.gif or .jpg photos via email preferred.) For easy submission, include bio, press releases, director statements, etc. pics all on a CD or DVD and include with your vhs or DVD of works.
